SCHEDULE 'A'

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Power Plant of 60 KW including Solar Panels, Solar Inverter, Module Mounting Structure and comprising of following:- (i) solar PV module AR coated antimony free glass material with connecting Junction box all as specified. The quantitiy shall be as per plant capacity. (ii) Grid tied inverters 3 phase 30 KW 50 HZ having 02 separate MPP tracker with SPD glass , surge protection devices having efficiency 98% graphical display - inbuilt LED interface with RS 485 and compatible for online monitoring system suitable for Ambient temperature of OKHA , protection IP 65 , Overvoltage / under voltage protection all as spd (iii) DC Solar distribution Box to collect the DC output from Array junction Box and supply to Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as spd make :- HPL / schneider / siemens 01 set (iv) AC Solar distribution Box to collect the DC output from Array junction Box and supply to Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as spd make :- HPL / schneider / siemens 01 set (v) Grid interfacing unit having MCCB cap 80 amp 4 pole 25 ka microprocessor based all as spd Make :- ABB / schneider / L&T / Siemens 01 each set (vi) AC / DC cables as per site requirement 1 Set (vii) online monitoring system Make :- delta/ KACO/ or as approved

(viii) hot dip galvanised MS /Aluminium mounting structure for mounting of modules / array / panels etc ,such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation , mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed , fasting arrangements grouting , clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind complete all as specified. The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance . Structural material shall be corrosion resistent and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame. The nuts, bolts and fasteners used shall be of mild steel. Tthe structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module. Note :- 1. Entire work of solar power plant shall be got executed from specilist firms. The cost of applicable charges i.e., registration fees, DISCOM connectivity charges etc / permission from GEDA etc allas reqd deemed to included in rate One year free O&M is included in quoted Rate. 2. Agency must be MNRE and GEDA approved channel partner for solar roof top projects and having minimun 5 years of experience in the field of execution of solar projets and operation and maintenance of solar plant. 3. PCC foundation if reqd shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 4. 4 MoU shall be submitted by contractor with eligible solar power firm approved by MNRE & GEDA

M&L for bore Earthing, 150 mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19 mm dia - 01 No, 3 m long, Copper earth strip, excavation and earth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg) - 01 set. all as directed, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm. (ii) Copper earth stip of size 32 x 6 mm including installation 7.5 Mtr (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the unit rate.

Supply & laying Copper strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all connections complete as required at site and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and lay Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables size 50 mm outer dia laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45 x 45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:2:4; including removal of surplase soil complete all as specified and directed.
