Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in?charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer 18 mm thick, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Particle Board 12 mm thick Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS : 3087 marked , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :200x10 mm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and filling in position, blown bitumen in expansion joints, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Precast automatic hydraulically compressed tiles 22mm thick with cement concrete chequred tiles of 30cmx30cm (Thirty centimetre into thirty centimetre ) size laid in floor treads of steps, ramp and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (Wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of silver grey shade ISI marked I.S 1237 of approved shade and ratio including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete .On concrete work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet (Anglo Indian W.C pan) with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : 510x1040 mm bowl depth 225 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing CP Brass Single lever telephonic wall mixer of quality & make as approved by Engineer in charge. 15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) nominal dia as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm (Eighty milimtere) (Make NTC) or equivalent as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 including sand bedding, carriage of material within all leads and lifts, other incidentals and rate including of octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the government as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .
