SOR ITEM '00010: 1) Receipt, un-loading and un-packing of Rotor 2) Cleaning 3) Inspection and Indications 4) DPT on accessible areas of rotor shaft 5) Laser cladding is to be carried out on the pitted area of Rear journal area 6) Rear journal area to be finish machined as per original drawing 7) Manufacture and Replacement of Sealing fins and machining to drawing 8) Polishing of Front and Rear oil gland areas 9) Polishing of front journal and thrust collar areas 10) Manufacture and replacement of balancing weights, as applicable 11) High-speed Balancing of rotor (IOCL to supply solo plate) 12) Pre-dispatch inspection 13) Packing and loading into received container 14) Packing & Forwarding

SOR ITEM '00020: Refurbishment of DHDT RGC Rotor BCL 407A

SOR ITEM '00010: 1) Receipt, un-loading and un-packing of rotor 2) Cleaning of rotor 3) Rotor run out check 4) DP check of all impellers 5) Dismantling of rotor (removing damaged parts only) 6) Manufacture of following new Parts: a) Bush on journal area - TB & OTB side b) End Gas seal bushes c) DGS locking rings d) Spacer, thrust collar and lock nut 7) Assembly of above new parts on rotor. 8) Laser cladding on dry gas seal area both TB & OTB side, followed by machining 9) Checking the run out at critical locations 10) Low-speed Balancing of rotor 11) Checking the residual magnetism of rotor and De-magnetize the same to the acceptable level, if required 12) Pre-dispatch inspection 13) Packing and loading into received container 14) Packing & Forwarding
