PROVISION OF HT CABLE FROM CGRA MAIN GATE TO EXISTING RING MAIN UNIT AT CGRA RAMESWARAM, KOCHI

Supply, laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixing along wall etc 11000 Volt grade heavy duty HT XLPE cable(Earthed) conforming to 1S-7098 (Part-2)/1985 insulated , stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed cross section area 300 Sqmm 3 core and including connecting/testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying UG cable and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type-1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm for cable protection complete all as specified laid perpendicular to cable as per directed.

Material and labour for providing dry screened river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand by layer complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and fixing/laying 150mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc including clamps, nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing bituminous road/cement concrete surface to the required width and depth for laying UG cable/pipe and making good the disturbed surface of road/path to even surface to match with existing level of road using cement concrete and removing and depositing the debris to a place complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Plain Cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete for stays foundation/ filling and mass concrete and removing and depositing surplus concrete to clear off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of chamber/pillar box outdoor type front open, dust and vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick powder coated internally and externally having provision for extra double door opening in to two with rubber beadingd, cubical type of size 1.5m x 1.5M x0.30M compartmentalised with angle iron 40x40x5mm bracing and leg/mounting farme of 0.5M each with angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangements, welded on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 5mm duly back side mountded on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of cast iron HT cable route marker(Brown colour) of dia duly marked 'HT cable" fixed on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 block of size 200x200x200mm complete all as specified and as directed.
