Material & Labour for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit,medium grade(ISImarked) ,duly concealed on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings not less than 20 mm dia medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing Modular Switches, sockets , fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/ceiling etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

All as per above item No.1 but One 3 pin/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair and replacement of existing rusted metal circuit box including hylam sheet and switch, sockets, regulators with new 1/ 2 way-6way modular type metal box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets, fan regulatrs etc including white cover plate complete and connect existing circuit wiring with new switches & testing complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1 payment will be done for each module as per rates quoted by the contractor 2.switch /sockets /regulators will be paid seperately.

Dismantling and taking down U/S point wiring of any type (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box excluding conduit when in wiring in existing conduit, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Dismantling and taking down old damaged existing DB’s any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified

M & L for remove unserviceable air termination rod and S & F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing rusted terminal block and S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing broken strip and S & F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and connect with terminal block all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electorde of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.2 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3;6) type C-!(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50 mm thick with rain forced with 8 mm dia deformed bars both ways and one handle for lifing made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funrel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part I including taking out materials from existing on complete all as specified and directed.
