3.3 Agency who already has a valid Digital certificate need not procure a new Digital certificate.
4.0 Online Submission of Tender
4.1 Agency can prepare and edit their offers number of times before tender submission date and
time. After tender submission date and time, Agency cannot edit their submitted offer in any
case. No written or on line request in this regard shall be granted.

33. જેના નામે ગોડાઉન હોય તેને પોતાનો GST નાંબર આપવાનો રહેશે. અથવા GST નંબર ન ધરાવતા હોય તો લેખીતમાં
બાાંહેધરી આપવાની રહેશે. ટે ડરમાં ભાવો GST િસવાયના ભરવાના રહેશે. તેમજ િબલ રજુ કરતી વખતે રકમ/ ભાવ +GST
TENDER SPECIFICATION
1. Warehousing Service Charges will be paid to Owner/ Owner Partners from the date at first bag
received at Godown. The Warehouse Service Charges will be paid as per actual effective area
usage of Godown. If storage bags not match with average storage, the service charges will be
paid upon as per actual effective usage on average i.e. 35 Kg bags Avg. is 1.80 and 50 Kg
bags Avg. is 2.80 times of Sq. Ft.
2. Warehousing Service Charges will be paid to single person only. If Godown having multiple
owners, owners have to provide proof for the same; then only Warehousing Service Charges
3. Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation can build temporary facility if area available at campus
and owner has to approve the same.
4. Warehousing Service Charges will be paid after deduction of 10% TDS if PAN card provided by
owners. If owner fails to provide PAN card in stipulated time, Warehousing Service Charges will
be paid after deduction of 20% TDS.
5. During vacate of the Godown, on the same day owner has to accept the charges of Godown
from Warehouse (Godown) Manager. If owner or his representative is not available at Godown
during vacation day, owner will be informed through phone contact and vacant order will be
pasted at Godown shutter and owner has to accept the same. The Warehousing Charges will
be paid up to the day of vacation of Godown. If multiple godowns at same place of same
owner, owner has to accept the Godown charges of each Godown separately.
6. Warehousing Service Charges will be paid after receiving the invoice from owner through
Warehouse (Godown) Manager of respective Godown as per sample provided.
7. Responsibility lies with owner for any repair activity required of Godown at their own expenses.
8. All type of tax and electricity bill against Godown will be paid by owner. Insurance for Godown
building will be responsibility of owner. Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation will not be
responsible for the same.
9. If owner of the Godown prevents or obstructs access to Godown under any circumstance or
obstruct any activity or does any nuisance, Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation will deduct
10% per day of warehousing service charges and have right to file FIR against owner.
10. If any dispute against agreement, then DLMC decision will be treated as final. If any legal
dispute against Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation, the jurisdiction area will be District
11. If any dispute on both parties, it will be solved by Sole Arbitration –DSM.
12. Godown owner has to provide all security and safety including fire safety, ladder, CCTV camera
and office facility service to Godowns. Owner has to provide name and contact number of
security guards deployed. If owner fails to provide security and safety including fire safety,
Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation will provide the same and all expenses will be borne
by owner with 1% penalty per day Max Up to 10% Charges.
13. Godown owners have to accept the best possible rates in the area.
14. Both parties agree and will not disclose agreement conditions to third party.
15. First preference will be given to W.D.R.A. Registered Warehouse.
16. It is mandatory to have GST No. of Godown owners.
