Procurement of Gear Box Output shaft for HP-803 mill of RTPS

a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied spares for HP-803 bowl mills to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector/ major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 23.23 Lakhs (Rs. 11.61 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (Preceding 2 years for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof purchase order PO copies Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorized representatives/ dealers/Suppliers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied spares for HP-803 bowl mills to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector/ major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 8.71 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26.

The intending bidder shall be a regular Manufacturer/ Authorised dealer/ Supplier of HP-803 bowl mill spares. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate/ relevant documents issued by the Competent Authority in e-portal.

The bidder shall have minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 29.10 lakhs (Rs. 14.55 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the 3 financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Copies of Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
