"SOIL INVESTIGATION"

Drilling of 100mm bore holes upto 15m deep for UG sump in all type of strata collecting disturbed and undistrubed sample and performing SPT Test at 1.00m interval lab testing including traixial test direct shear teat liquid limit, plastic limt, liquefaction of soil, sweeling index and sweeling preassure (incase of black cotton soil). Location : Naval Air Force Porbandar

SBC of all bore holes, minimum at three depth i.e. 2m 2.5m and 5m 2. SBC to be worked out for following size of footings:- (a) 1.50 x 1.50m (b) 1.50 x 2.00m (c) 2.00 x 2.50m (d) 2.00 x 3.00m 3. Submission of photographic record of geo-exploration 4. Possibility of liquidation of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose / uncompacted sany soils. 4. Bearing capacity calculation 5. Recommendation of filling under floors 6. Sweeling index and sweelling pressure in respect of black cotton soil

Supply and fix Mild Steel class 'C' diesel pump exhaust pipe 150mm dia with one layer of 10mm thick asbestos rope insulation and including all fitting clamp/ structural steel supports complete

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of MECHANICAL FOAM type fire extinguisher of 9 Ltrs confirm to IS : 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of Trolley Mounted MECHANICAL FOAM type fire extinguisher of 50 Ltrs Kg confirm to IS : 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of DRY CHEMICAL POWDER (ABC) stored pressure type fire extinguisher of 6 Kg confirm to IS : 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of Trolley Mounted DRY CHEMICAL POWDER (ABC) stored pressure type fire extinguisher of 25 Kg confirm to IS : 16087, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of Carbon Dioxide (Co2) type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg confirm to IS : 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of trolly mounted Carbon Dioxide (Co2) type fire extinguisher of 22.5 Kg confirm to IS : 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1100 Volts grade 3 Core 1.5 sqmm

S & F escape light route indicator with in built battery back up of 3 hrs including provision of 5 Amps independent socket point wiring of nominal area 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed ,multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH and in including casing caping /pvc conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked , with modular 5 amps socket and 5 Amps modular switch , cover plate with PVC box all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge

"EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY"

Geographical Survey of ground water from any approved hydrologist agency to explore the ground water potential of the area & submitting the technical report to departmment giving recommendation on feasibility of tube well at particular location complete all as specified & directed.

Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc.

Development of trial bore by reaming in from 200 mm to 350mm upto 60mtrs from ground level including required PVC casing pipe of size 200mm dia and thickness 8mm ,reducer, bail plug, well cap, clamps,electric logging, sample strata box, pea garvel etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fix PVC slotted pipe of 200 mm dia 8mm thick in lieu of casing pipe of 200 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fix column pipe of size 80mm dia galvanized, medium class including fittings & all flange joints complete all as specified & as directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified & as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply , install , commissioing of Submersible pump, electric driven ,5WHP 415 V suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well inclusive ofsuitable size pressure gauge , 60. meter long submerssible cable , electric panel with suitable size MCCB ,starter , Phase indicating lamp , Ammeter , Voltmeter set & other accessories complete all as specified & as directed.

Testing of water samples from bore well at government recognized institute for portability & chemical analysis complete all as specified and as directed.

"EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY"

Supply and lay Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables size 110/95 mm outer dia laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables size 90 /76 mm outer dia laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
