Supplying of approved Culture & Catalyst in form suitable for Sewage Treatment Plant with MBBR Technology including filling and supervision as per the directions of Specialist technology provider all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Testing of culture and catalyst shall be done from any Govt approved Lab

S & F Butterfly Valve, 50mm Bore, Class PN-1.6, Flanged and Drilled, Cast Iron Body, SGI [Nylon Coating] Disc with hand lever operated for manual operation including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Butterfly Valve, 50mm Bore, Class PN-1.6, Flanged and Drilled, Cast Iron Body, SGI [Nylon Coating] Disc with hand lever operated for manual operation including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Partition walls in existing aeration tank and providing necessary plastering and water proofing ,concrete work to convert into diffused aeration tank all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing necessary diffused system in the aeration tank with fine and coarse bubble diffusers with necessary pipe line arrangement in the aerated tank of diffusers 63 dia x 300 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F of Float system arrangements for all the existing and newly provided pumps by providing the necessary arrangements of relays and timer system required for the control panel including wiring as directed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and installing manual bar screen, installed in the sewage water channel with necessary supports including provision of hand rake for manual removal of debris and lifting lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The bar screen chamber consist of two screens a coarse screen followed by a fine screen having required angle of elevation and as per latest design norms laid by NGT/State Pollution Control board/ Central Pollution Control Board to match Existing Capacity of STP

M & L Cleaning of Sewage treatment plant coagulation tank with necessary supports including provision of manual removal of debris and lifting lugs complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Cleaning of Sewage treatment plant Aeration tank with necessary supports including provision of manual removal of debris and lifting lugs complete all as specified and as directed

Construction of RCC tank For Sludge settling process before pumped to the treated water tank new tank sizes 2.0 M X 2.0 M X 2.5 M with necessary brick work and plastering including painting all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Note : Drawing for the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for approval duly vetted by Andhra University or any Govt Institute.

Construction of RCC Pit For Sludge handling before pumped to the bar screen chamber. Sludge pit will hold heavy particles settled at Newly constructed sludge settling tank (1mtr x 1mtr x 1mtr) with necessary brick work and plastering including painting all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Note : Drawing for the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for approval duly vetted by Andhra University or any Govt Institute.

S & F of UPVC Pipe for Sludge bed pit of 50 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in-charge

S & F of UPVC Pipe for Aeration tank and Air blower of 50 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in-charge

M & L for tube settler media in the settling tank with supports at ends and laying of media in the tank as directed the aperture diameter of each tube 25 mm dia all as specified and directed. Note : The bidder should provide warranty on the item for at least 05 yrs and the shape and size of the tube settler Media should be as per latest design norms laid by NGT/State Pollution Control Board/ Central Pollution Control Board to match the existing Capacity of STP

Earthwork excavation for foundations of building and depositing the earth on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in ordinary gravelly soils including shoring, strutting, sheeting, planking and dewatering including cost of hire charges of T&P, labour charges etc complete for finished items of work all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge

Filling with Sand in trenches, sides of foundations & basement by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc complete including cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc complete for finished item of the work all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge

Supply only surface water test kit easy to use test for ammonia ( 0-2.4 mg/l), chlorine (0-3.4 mg/l), PH- (0-14) , nitrate (0-40 mg/l), dissolved oxygen (0.2-20 mg/l), Phosphorous (0-40 mg/l) for monitoring the source water and waste water Treatment. Note- The kit includes PH Pocket Pro tester and all necessary reagents and apparatus for testing. Make- HACH INDIA Product id- 255893 or Equivalent

Note for Sch 'A', Part-I : (i) Necessary arrangement should be made by the contractor for disposal of raw sewage during execution of work. Any cost incurred on this account is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this reagrd. (ii) From BOQ item No 1.01 to 1.05 all unit rate quoted by the contractor includes dismantling of pumps if required, submitting to MES store and making PCC Foundation as per IS Norms or by Manufacturer instruction. No extra Charges will be paid to the contractor. (iii) Any modification required in the existing pipeline is deemed to be included in BOQ item quoted rate. (iv) Dismantling of Unserviceable Tube settler media is deemed to be included in the BOQ item quoted rate. (v) The contractor is required to submit a schematic layout of the plant on wood /PVC sheet after the completion of Phase I

PHASE-II (Sch 'A', Part-II)

M&L for testing of inlet and outlet sewage samples fortnightly for all parameters as per Environmental Protection Act / NGT/ State Pollution Board norms for effluent discharge into inlet surface water form NABL recognised or approved institute/test labs and submit the test report complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : (i) Testing of one sample each for inlet and outlet shall be considered as one job all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge for a period of one year after the completion of the work. (ii) The rate also includes the cost of running and operation of STP with adequate resources for a period of one year from the certified date of completion.
