Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment using chemical chloropyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or lmidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 concentrate along the external wall of building below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling 12mm dia holes @ 300 mm apart and plugging holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement 2 Coarse sand) in apron etc,. ,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment using chemical chloropyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or lmidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 Litre per hole 300mm apart including drilling 12mm dia holes @ 300 mm apart and plugging holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement & 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor and making good the disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surface, ,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by using chemical chloropyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or lmidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 emulsion in oil or kerosene based solution @ 0.5 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree @ 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same and making good the disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surface, ,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of sunken treatment , roof treatment, PCC padding, roof PCC tiles, lime concrete etc. , ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: All Demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side of the cantonment without any extra cost to the govt,contractor should quote his rate Keeping this aspect in mind.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works. 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in as specified and directed.

Material & Labour cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) , ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete over roof as in padding incl cement slurry @ 3Kg/Per sqm over old RCC surface after preparation of surface and finished even & smooth without using extra cement,.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour ,15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) over concrete surfaces of roofs finished even and smooth with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement ( WPC will be measured paid for seperately) as in roof treatment work all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N/Sqcm (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/Sqcm. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only , complete, all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.
