Providing and fixing of bypass jumper on both ends of R, Y, B phase jumpers of 10 No. double circuit Tension Tower of 220kV IIP-Jhajhra line with the help of Parallel Groove connector Clamp including cutting of conductor with all material, labour and T&P as per requirement of site(conductor will be provided by department).

Providing of Parallel Groove connector Clamp (Zebra to Zebra) for connecting jumpers of both end of R,Y,B phase jumpers(4x2x30).

Fixing of bypass jumper ends of R,Y,B Phase jumpers of double circuit 10 No. Tension Towers. With the help of Parallel Groove connector Clamp including cutting of conductor with labour and T&P as per requirement of site.

Work of overhead visual inspection of 10 No. Tension Towers of the 220kV IIP-Jhajhra line and its accessories by climbing up to the tower and visual inspection of all disc, nests in towers, checking of other abnormalities, tightening tension fitting etc and submission of report of discrepancies observed during visual inspection along with photo of each tower including all labour and T&P, etc as per requirement of site.

Replacement of Damaged Y Phase Cross Arm and Cage pieces of Tower No. 66 at 220 KV IIP- Jhajhra Line

Work of taking measurement of damaged cross arm and cage pieces of tower no. 66 with the help of required T&P and other related work.

Sort out the suitable tower part for fabrication from different type of tower part available in store at 220 kV IIP Harrawala or 220k Rishikesh Store as per direction of engineer in charge.

Mobilization of labour,T&P and line material from IIP Harrawala to tower no. 66 near Doon university Dehradun.

Making of back stay at suitable pressure and at each arm with the help of steel rope or GI earth wire and required T&P at Tower No.65 and 66 and removal after same after completion of work.(all material will be in scope of contractor)

Safely De-stringing the ACSR Deer conductor with Disc insulator string of tower no.66.

Dismantling of existing “Y” Phase cross arm and cage pieces of tower no.66

Fabrication work of cross arm and other damaged parts of tower cage piece for making required parts from various type of tower parts by cutting,drilling,grinding etc.

Erection of newly fabricated cross arm and cage piece of tower no.66

Safely Restringing the ACSR Deer conductor with disc insulator string.

Mobilization of labour,T&P and dismantled tower parts from tower no.66 to 220 kV IIP Harrawala including of stacking of material at store.

Work of tightening of both side jumper accessories like Jumper cone, jumper fitting, tightening of D-cycle nut & bolts, cleaning of Disc stringing and identification of puncher disc (if any) including T&P and labour cost. Tension Tower
