Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Roof, floors (Other than ground floors ) beams, Staircase, landing chajja, and similar suspended work in cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water upto 12.00 m ht. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated etc ) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Cement mortar or cement lime mortarr from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 07 above but expect bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Galvalised mild steel wire netting of chicken wire mesh 0.46 mm nominal dia of wire & 10 mm mesh size all as spd fixed to walls roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on surfaces of brick work or stone walling in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

M&L Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified & directed.(Roof in non accessible approx height ex. 4.00 m and n.exc. 8.00 m complete as directed by Engr in Charge Note ( Necessary Cost of scafolding shall be included in the quoted rates )

M & L for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified & directed.(Roof in non accessible approx height ex. 4.00 m and n.exc. 8.00 m complete as directed by Engr in Charge Note ( Necessary Cost of scafolding shall be included in the quoted rates )
