Drilling bores of 165mm dia as per IS:2800-1979, from ground level in the overburden as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/Hydrogeologist with suitable rigs for drilling through rocky formations consisting of sand stone, limestone, dolomites, conglomerate, boulder pebble, gravals, silt, clay or any other type of sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks including cost of attachments consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc. complete in all respect as detailed below:-
From 0 to 10 metre depth.
Drilling bores of 152 mm dia as per IS:2800-1979,using ODEX (TUBEX) attachment required drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate, boulder pebble, gravals, silt, clay etc including cost of attachments, consumable stores bits water POL etc. complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125mm nominal bore 1.5mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25mm dia Advani Oerlikon electroses with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degrees removing paint on the area to be welded inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and non-toxic fcam flush etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge MSERW fincut casaig pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately per item 6.
Drilling bores of 115 mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 from bottom of overburden to required depth in conglomerate, collapsible strata and rocky formations completed in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/hydrogeologist.
Supplying and lowering of IS marked 125 mm nominal bores, 5.00 thick finuct MSERW casing pipes as per IS 4270-2001 and requirement of ODEX attachement from approved manufactures complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Development of bore well and yield testing with Air compressor through V-notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respect as per IS-2800-1979 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providig and fixing of 1.50 Horse Power Submersible pump set (water field) of standard make such as Kirlosker/KSB/Crompton/Sabar/BS confirming to ISI Code 8034-1976 with up to date ammenments. The pump should be capable of handling 50 metrre head with (+) 10% and (-) 25% head range and it should be operationable with 240 volts single phase AC Supply. Discharge should be 1.5 litre/Sec. to 2 litre /sec. as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of water proof cable 3 core, 2.5 mm as per IS-674-Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of high steel carbon rope size 5 milimetre square for holding of submersible pump set within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of stand (square type)1.50x1.50 metre in size and 4 metre in height made of angle iron 50x50x5mm for vertical posts and 25x25x5mm for bracing in the legs in all sides as per approved design. The top shall be made of flat iron 40x5 mm with bracing capable of resting circular water tank. The stand shall be painted with black paint including priming coat as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing HDPE water tank 1000 litres capacity of standard make such as Diplast/Sintex duly ISI marked with in three layers with blue colour suitable cover and locking arrangement including the cost of sockets and check nut 32 milimetre,40 milmetre and 50 milimetre dia for inlet, outlet and scour for over flow pipe connected to hand pump casing complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing mild steel angle from steel 16 SWG fabricated floor mounting type switch board comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories and with all internal electrical connection dully painted. The drawing of the pannel board will be subject to approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing electric material for energisation of hand pump wooden board 3"x3" MCBICTP including switches ,wire 3/29,1/18,7/22 fuse 32 Amp. DP switch with sheet insulation switch board with sheet including sockets and switch angle holder bulb( lamp 100 Watt) nut & bolts and all other petty items required for electrical connection as per requirement complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Fixing of GI pipe, riser pipe, inlet pipe from pump to water tank 32 milimetre dia meter including providing and fixing GI flanges with rubber gasket & bolt of these seven pairs G.I. nipple & four number elbow 4 number peet valve one number including the cost of welding of flange & cutting of GI pipe in a random length of 10 feet complete in all respect (Job) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The GI pipe shall be supplied by department free of cost). The flanges shall be used of table "D" as per the satisfaction Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing mild steel plate with nipple 32/40 milmetre dia welded, galvanised iron reducer 32/40 milimetre dia M.seal & PVC tapper etc. complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of light grade screwed and socketed complete including providing and fixing tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of earth work in trenches, will be measured and paid for separately.)
