First Class Burnt Brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth

10 mm thick Cement Plaster with cement sand mortar 1:4 on Side Walls

10 mm thick Cement Plaster with cement sand mortar 1:4 on bed & top of sidewalls

RCC work hand mixed 1:2:4 for slab including steel reinforcement

Shuttering for faces of Concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (Vertical or battering)

Supplying & Laying Dry Brick Bats

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with stone ballast or shingle work mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

Putting 1:3 (Cement:water) cement slurry with cement @ 2.25 kg per sqm on prepared bed and side slopes before laying concrete on bed and side slopes

LDPE film of 150 micron over sleepers for construction & expansion joints including supply and carriage & loading unloading of all material complete in all respect as per PWD specification and Engineer in Charge.

Applying Bitumen Primer coat on side of lining and top of sleeper for construction joint, Expansion Joint & Contraction Joint. Complete in all respect.

Filling expansion joints with special impervious hot pour 12.5 mm wide.

Filling Contraction/Construction Joint with special impervious hot pour 12.5mm wide.

Providing, lowering 500 mm dia NP-3 pipes in trenches to correct gradient and alignment, jointing with tyton rubber joint and cutting of reinforced cement rubber joint and cutting of reinforced cement concrete spigot and socketed pipes and specials with rubber ring ISI marekd as per IS code IS 458-2003 into trenches for all alignment, gradients, levels etc. cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and fixing of rubber ring, facing, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineerin-charge including all cartage etc.
