Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Letter Writing incluiding base finishing & painting all complete as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge.

Painting ( Cartoons,Drawings and Symbols) with Synthetic enamel Paint as per the instuction of Engineer in-charge.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
