Only the competent firm i.e. OEM or OEM authorized dealer, who have enough experience and can execute the above said work properly & smoothly, should submit their quotation.

The proof of OEM or OEM authorized dealer should be submitted with the quotation otherwise offer of the bidder is summarily rejected.

Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.8,800.00/- has to be deposited through online mode available on e-tendering website www.ierps.gov.in. (No exemption will be given to the bidders.)

100% on account payment will be made after successful completion of work on contract price of individual items i.e. supply, installation, testing, commissioning and inspection with due certification of installation Incharge/Railway representative.
