Provision of solar lighting arrangements with use of solar panel Renewable Energy in different pump house at Kesinga NAC

Supply of Elegant look 60 W (+/-10%) AIO LED Solar Street lights having extruded aluminum housing, 180Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 78 Ah or more LiFePO4 battery (BIS certified), BMS, MPPT charge controller, PIR sensor to provide 2 days (24 hrs.) back up. The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical components, IK 07 and having lumen output of > 10000 lumen and having minimum lumen efficacy >160 Im/w) as per LM 79 report third party NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy. Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting distribution to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports to justify the lumen efficacy, luminaire output, IK 07 and IP 65 protection. The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole. The Solar Street light and solar panel having capacity of 180 Wp or more must be designed to take the wind load at 180 KM/HR wind speed (As per wind load test report). The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India and warranty certificate on their company's letterhead by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their toll-free base service network located within 100 KM from the project site. The Solar Street light manufacturer should have own NABL accredited laboratory. The following test reports must be submitted for the technical acceptance of the products. 1.LM 79 REPORT (Third party NABL lab only), 2. IK 07 (Report of Third party NABL lab only for any wattage of AIO solar light), 3. IP 65 (Report of Third party NABL lab only, 4. Wind load test report of AIO Street light having 180 Wp or more capacity Solar Mono Panel suitable for 180 KM/Hr wind Speed. The AIO solar street light must complies to the following: 1. EN50530- MPPT Efficiency, 2. IEC61547, 3. IEC61000-3-2 - EMC, 4. IЕC 60598-2-3,5. IEC 62109-1, (The necessary test reports of third party NABL lab against the above must be submitted for any wattage of AIO Solar street lights for acceptance of product/TDS approval prior to start of the work. All the test reports must be in the name of solar lighting company) Make- (Philips/Panasonic/Wipro/Crompton/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent). Supply of 8 mtr long hot dip galvanized Octagonal pole having base dia of 155 mm and top dia of 70 mm and plate thick ness of 4 mm or more. complete with base plate and 4 nos. Type En 8 grade foundation bolts to withstand 180 KM/HR or more wind speed considering the weight & dimension of 1 nos 60 W AIO Solar light to be fitted in the pole at two different heights (One light on Pole Top and second light on the differential bracket) (Make - Bajaj/RR Ispat Nalmont/Utkarsh or equivalent)

Construction of RCC foundation by using M20gradeRCC and Fe415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing 4 nos. EN8 grade foundation bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with solar lighten that foundation. The work shall be executed as per the instruction of EIC.

Installation of 8 mtr pole on the adaptor plate/ foundation after fixing the 60 W AIO Light in the pole by using suitable machinery by taking all safety precautions as per the direction of EIC. (make- as approved by PWD Odisha)
