The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. OD9133/2025-2026 : Supply and Installation of Pixel 0308, perforated GFR gypsum panels, backlined with acoustical fleece having 3x3mm square perforations @ 8.33mm pitch - 10.2 % open area, size 1200x2400x12.5mm tapered long edges, volume density of base board 800 Kgs/m3, weight 9Kgs/m2 installed by using Strut ceiling framework. The Strut ceiling framework system Pixel 0308 is installed on the Strut CC25 with suitable fasteners at 400 mm centres. The tapered long edges are then filled and finished with tape. The short square edges are also similarly finished but no tape. Apply one coat of white primer (Client scope ) with roller brush evenly across the Pixel surface to achieve uniform colour by cleint . The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Anut SynthPF 5x50

OD9134/2025-2026 : Supply and installation of Stretch Hush wall fabric system by using FR Grade Hush fabric of size 1400mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 12mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 15mm (FS15) and Midseam 15mm (FS15), strand board, synth PF infill with requisite accessories & tools. Plywood base 12mm is installed on the strand along the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centers . FS15 tracks to be installed on plywood base, after applying Stick adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. The Strut framework systems includes Cross Channel having length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positionedhorizontally in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. Anutone Strand, Square edge, Magnesite bonded pinewood fibre core tiles of size 600x1200x15mm, density 400 kgs/m3, weight 6kg/m2 are fastened to Cross channel with suitable fasteners. Longer edges of the panel should be perpendicular to Strut Cross Channel. Synth PF 10x25mm thick adhered on strand panel by using Stick adhesive. Fabric of width 1400mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1300mm

OD9136/2025-2026 : Supply & installation of Slats made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-2 - (2mm grooves Slats @16mm centres) backlined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 128x2440x16mm thick having base density 700Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel (CC50) having thickness 0.5mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 50mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centers. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC50with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers. Slats of size 128x 2430x16mm in then fixed perpendicular to CC18 with suitable edge & centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 5mtrs both ways. Panels shall be backlined with acoustical infill of Anutone Synth PF 10x50mm thick adhered to the wall using Stick 7 adhesive

21.1.1.1 : Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

21.4.1 : Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS: 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors including cost of cutting floors, embeding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge. Maintenance work of flooring

OD8793/2025-2026 : Supply and Installation of Teak Wood Sports Flooring (20mm Thick X 100mm Width X Random Length) including Anjali wood Runners (30mm X 30mm X Random length) placed 30 cm Center to Center with 10 mm thick EPDM air cushioning pads by nails /screws through the two wings at 300 mm Center to Center. Anjali wood Runners are made of Good Quality matured and hard wood without outer white layer & properly seasoned and treated with anti-termite solution. The surface of the existing floor shall be properly cleaned before installing the Teak Wood Sports Flooring. The work shall be complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The Cost inclusive of material, labour, transportation etc and excluding Sanding and finishing work.

OD9096/2025-2026 : Game line marking for badminton/ basketball courts with two or more coats of single component polyurethane water based paint with a coverage of 80-100 g/m2. The courts and line should be marked with a suitable lining tape pressed firmly to the floor to ensure unnecessary bleeding of the paint in to the courts, and tapes should immediately removed after the application of the paint.The line marking should then be sanded with grit paper and should be done before the final coat wooden floor polish.
