Lifting of defective submersible pumping set/unserviceable cable of any make and capacity from bore well after providing lifting tools and tackles as required carefully, disconnecting all electric connections, water connection and dismantling column pipe lines shaft stage by stage and keep them under safe custody for reuse all complete and lowering the same after repairs / overhauling submersible pump/serviceable cable of any make and capacity inside bore wells after coupling with pump and motor connecting column pipe line shaft stage by stage carefully with help of lifting tools and tackles carefully re-connecting all electric/water lines and testing on load upto the satisfactions of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- The rates for lifting and lowering of repaired pumping set shall deemed to include the cost following :- (i) Replacement of rusted/ unsv bolts, nuts and washers (ii) Replacement of rubber packaging of flanged joints (iii) Fixing of submersible cable of any size.(iv) Fixing charges for any clamps etc.

M&L for rewinding of burnt submersible motor 31 to 50 HP, 3 phase 415 Volts 50 Hz of any Make with PVC insulated water proof copper conductor of the same specification as per old one after dismantling cutting out burnt winding from stator assembly, cleaning slots properly complete with insulating slots packing, sleeves, papers, reassembling stator and rotor after replacement of of worn out spares/matching works including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide after preparation of motor external surface and water proof jointing for submersible cable 3 core all complete as specified and directed (Note : Supply of spare parts required for overhauling/servicing except winding wire and other as described on the item shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but capacity of submersible motor 15 to 30 HP complete.

Remetaling, cutting , grinding & polishing of Rotor shaft of capacity 31 to 50 HP in the worn out portion including checking of electricity in the lathe machine all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Remetaling, cutting, grinding & polishing of Thrust bearing of capacity 31-50 HP housing lower and upper in workshop all as directed.

Dismantling submersible pump any make of capacity 1500 LPM to 1750 LPM for overhauling/servicing cleaning thoroughly discharge/suction capes, impellers shaft and assembling pump carefuly after fixing of spare parts/machining works including applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting after preparation of surface complete including testing on load upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Supply of spare parts required for overhauling/servicing in place of worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately).

Remetaling, cutting,grinding, polishing for worn out portion of submersible pump shaft (Pump capacity 1500 to 2400 LPM) including fixing new Mild Steel key of suitable size and checking of balanced and properly aligned shaft at lathe Machine all complete as specified and as directed.

All as per item 70 here-in-before but for Pump capacity 600 LPM to 1100 LPM)

Cutting of worn out threaded portion of column pipe 150 mm dia and threading the same in lathe Machine to existing TPI complete.

All as per item 72 here-in-before but 100 mm dia.

S&F Mild Steel Column pipe heavy duty (ERW) both end threaded with one socket /flange of wall thickness 5.04mm & length 3.00 mtr. 150mm bore conforming to IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979, and properly painted with one coat of black bituminous of surface internally and externally suitable for the drinking water including taking out of old unserviceable column pipe from position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Make : JINDAL/TATA /PRAKASH)

All as per item 74 here-in-before but 100 mm dia.

Supply & fixing submersible cable flat PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor 3 core of size 16sqmm conforming to IS-694-1990 including taking out old UNSV cable from its position and complete as specified and directed.

All as per item 76 here-in-before but of size of cable 10 Sqmm 3 core.

Material & Labour for replacement of worn out MS Angle clamps nuts, bolts, washers etc of suitable length and size as per site requirement for flanged pipes and fitting of sizes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair water pressure gauge 0-350 PSI.Make- Guru

Supply and fixing steel rope 6 sqmm PVC coated all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for disconnection of Electrical/Mechanical connection and taking out carefuly of electric motor capacity 30 HP (3 phase, 415V 50 HZ, AC Supply) of any make and rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge/specification making of heat varnishing, greasing and two coat spray/ brush painting with synthetic enemel paint of recommended colour including replacement of bearings NDE and DE as per existing No and Make. Refixing the motor in position making all electrical and mechanical connections and testing all as specified and as directed .

M & L for dismantling and Taking out carefully centrifugal type re-circulating pumping set discharge capacity 70,000 glns per hour for repairing /overhauling by replacing the new spare parts/ job work as given below and reassembling the same, fixing in position, making all electric connections including two coat painting & testing complete all as specified and as dirercted :- (a) Re-metalling, grinding, polishing of pump shaft including making of key slots. Supply and fix valve ( NRV ) reflux flanged end of size 150 mm dia incl making necessary joints dismantalling and taking out old u/s NRV complete all as specified and directed

Development of deep well as per the following procedure with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing on completion all as specified and as directed :- (a) Lowering of GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 200 feet depth in side the casing of bore well and inserting rubber hose steel coil liner through the GI pipe including processing chemical of sodium laxate/caustic soda in required quantity for treatment of muddy water and injecting compressed air through hose pipe till clean water is received ( 8 hours continuous run minimum of two days )and taking out GI pipe and rubber hose air liner from its position complete including Lifting/lowering of pump with motor and column pipe with all accessories including electrical and mechanical connection as per existing including testing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting external surface of pipe line any type with two coat of 1st quality synthetic enamelled paint as per MES colour code for rising mains, delivery mains, wash out etc incl necessary preperation of surface for pipe size 100/150/200/250mm dia complete all as directed. ( for vertical pipes as in rising mains).

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 25x4mm (earthing lead from earth electrode to test point uopt 7.5m ) by means of bolts, nut, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Pt-I 1991, GI earth lead strip of size 25mmx4mm protected by GI pipe 40mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20 mm dia GI light grade including testing on completion complete.

M & L for repairing of motor controll Panel suitable for upto 50 HP motor with dismantling all unserviceable fitting and electric connection and reassembling the same after carry out the following replacement/jobs and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after prepartion of internal and external surface. Testing on load all complete as specified and as directed. (Note : Accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as mentioned here-after.

Fabrication and instalation of cubical shape enclosure made of MS/CRCA sheet 2.00mm thick with front detachable cover, anodixed fiexing screw cap, washers 4 Nos to be mounted on wall with wooden plugs & screws 4 Nos duly painted inside and outside by two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of redoxide primer overall dimension of enclosure 150mm x 150 mm x 100 mm (depth) for fixing inside test point terminal block including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the bushes, grass, thorney bushes, small plants/trees up to a height of 5 mtr in and around different E/M installations/ pump houses/RCC Tank incl surface dressing and removing the waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
