Taking down carefully burnt out aluminium/copper wires from concealed point wiring without removing/ taking down conceled conduit and terminal boxes (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, flourescent tube light fittings etc to be measured and paid for seprately) and stacking materials properly for removing under schedule of credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings and floors etc complete all as spd and directed. Note: (i) Existing MS sunken terminal and conduit boxes need not be removed. (ii) Cover plate of terminal box shall be removed.

Disconnecting of unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and removing wires from existing concealed conduit & removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces. Note: (i) Existing concealed conduit boxes need be removed.

M&L point wiring complete with copper conductor 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded conductors FRLS, 1100 Volts grade, drawn through existing conduit including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire with cover plate fixed on existing terminal boxes,complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of following items (i) Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1module complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Modular Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Modular switch 1 way 16A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed. .

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in sotne/ concreate of slab in cement motor 1:4 complete all as spcified and as directed.

(c) KV Thermoplastic circuit braker boxes IP-65 with metric knockout for cable entry 1 row 12 modules box dimesnions size 295 mm x 333 x129 mm with E + N terminals including with fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make model No KV 7109 of Legrand/ Hager/Siemens

Supply and fixing in repairs following MCBs (a) MCB SP 230 Volts, 6-32 Amps, 'C' series 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make Legrand/ Siemens/Schinder

(b) MCB DP 230 Volts 40 Amps 'C' series 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed Make Legrand/ Siemens/Schinider

Comprehensive maintenance, including servicing and testing of Split type air conditioners of following capacity of any make complete for minimum service two times during the contract period of each unit by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing off dust from machines & air filters, checking and de-carbonizing,compressor, greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration testing after fixing at site all as directed. Note: (a) Cost of any minor nature repair / items such as nuts ,bolts,washers,screws,rubber mounting pads of compressor etc and labour required for removing / refixing including transportation of equipment to work shop and return (b) replacement of defective cooling coil, condenser fins, blower and blower motor, fan and fan motor, compressor, air filters, starting capacitors,PCB/ refrigerent charging etc as per requirment and cost of replacment of all these items is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (c) Replacment of outdoor/indoor unit if required shall be measeured and paid sepreatly.The decsion of requirment of replacement of inddor/outdoor unit shall be final and binding. Taking out burnt unserviceable condenser fan motor,and replacement with new electric motor,single phase 230V suitable for water cooler 40ltrs/hrs with condenser fan blade complete all as spd and as directed

M& L for repairs to body of water cooler in patches as per requirment by cutting and removing rusted sheet and providing new stainless steel sheet of grade 304 and as per the exsisting thickness, duly welded brazed including provision of hardware and remouting of compressor as per requirement complete all as directed

Supply and fix inreplacment of following items of water cooler (i) Thermostat for water cooler of capacity 40/80 ltr/hrs.

(ii) Bib tap Cast copper alloy 15 mm bore, Push type, chromium plated.

(iii) PVC Connection with brass unions at both ends

(iv) PVC Float valve with epoxy coated aluminium arm , with PVC polythene

(v) PVC drain out pipe 25 mm dia bore as per existing by providing necessary GI Clamps nuts bolts etc.

Storage type water heater Dismantling electric/water connection and taking down of storage type water heater,servicing,cleaning of inner tank etc.at site.and replacement of burnout parts etc. and refixing in situ all as spd and directed. Note- wornout parts shall be measured and paid seperately.
