Fabrication of driver seat and back after removing all the worn out and broken parts of the seat and backs. Providing & fitting of ply board, coir foam,rexin, jute cloth and fitting properly and also repair to battery box by way of removing all the damaged M.S angle and flats with the help of Welding and chisel and fabrication of new battery box and properly fitting to the vehicle including cost of material & labour charges

Repairing of steering system of the vehicle by dismantling the steering system completely, removal of worn out damaged parts and the providing/ fitting of new parts in place of defective parts such as steering worm, steering wheel, steering sector shaft, steering bearing set, steering pitman with bolts, adjustment bolts, steering gear box oil and all allied works, assembling of the system setting checking the operation. Repairs to gear box of the vehicle by way of dismounting the gear box. Dismantling and removing of worn out parts, checking and cleaning of parts. Providing and fitting of 2ndinter shaft gear, cotter bush bearing, gear box joint. Also rebuilding of main shaft by way of remateling and then turning to the true size. Assembling the gear box and refitting the same to the vehicle with replacement of gear box coupling. P/Filling of gear oil in the Gear Box and allied work. Repair to alienator of the vehicle by dismantling it checking and testing the parts and then Providing and fitting of rotor, rectifiers plate, carbon brush set and electronic cut out. Testing and fitting to the vehicle, complete job including cost of material & labour charges

Complete washing of the vehicle, making surface of dented portion after application of car solder and rubbing thereof spraying of one coat of red oxide metal primer inside and out side the tank and chassis of the vehicle then spraying of the 2 costs of dew paint on the tank and on the vehicle. Providing and fitting of rubber engine foundations-4 no’s, foundation bolts—4 no’s, door lock-2 no’s, battery terminals heavy duty-2nos, engine oil filter, engine air suction rubber pipe. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Denting and Patching:- Removal of water tanker from the vehicle with the help of crane after cutting worn out nut bolt and patching at cracked portion of the chassis, repair of water tank, inner and outer side by patching, checking setting the alignment of the chassis. Providing of 2 nos cross member of the chassis for replacement of wornout/damaged cross member. Removing of dents from front portion of hood and bumper alongwith gas welding works. Repairs to rear mud guards assembling of water tank on the chassis by providing and fitting of U clamps, nut bolts and rubber pads. Complete jobs including labour and material.
