RequiredBidder must upload the EMD payment details i.e scanned copy of DD or online transaction details
RequiredPlease mention freight & Insurance charges in % if any extra applicable
OptionalNSIC/SSI/MSME certificate if any
RequiredTGGENCO reserves the rights to reject, if the Bidder who have previously supplied to TGGENCO/APGENCO or any other thermal power stations in India and their performance is found to be not satisfactory.
RequiredThe Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for requisite amount & BG shall be furnished.
RequiredThe Bidder should have a previous experience in relevant feild of Dozers. (Note: Copy of Purchase orders & its invoices of similar material supplied other reupted companies like APGENCO, NTPS and other Power Utilities shall be uploaded.)
RequiredThe Bidder shall submit Performance certificate(s) issued by the concerned department as stipulated in their Purchase order and its performance is found to be satisfactory.? (Note:Copy of Satisfactory certificate shall be uploaded.)
OptionalThe bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last (03) three years.
RequiredAll Schedules duly filled in signed & stamped must be uploaded in tender schedule.
RequiredTransportation charges of above engine from KTPS-V&VI Stages to firm?s workshop and repaired engine from firm?s workshop to KTPS-V&VI Stages and miscellaneous charges like machining etc. at firms account only.
RequiredAfter procurement of spares joint inspection is mandatory at firms workshop before repairing the engine.
RequiredTGGENCO reserves right to inspect the firm?s site at any stage of repair and overhaul of engine.
RequiredIn case of any queries, the bidder shall visit the site, check the spares required to repair the Dozer Engine before participating in the tender.
RequiredL1 firm shall return the removed/damaged spares of the engine after repair and overhaul to TGGENCO along with the repaired engine.
OptionalThe Bidder should have an average annual financial turnover more than Rs.4.0 Lakh.(50% of the estimated value) over the past 3 years (2025- 24,2024-23,2023-22)
OptionalBidder may visit site(I.e., KTPS-V&VI stages ) before submitting their tender documents for inspection of above said dozer engine.No deviation in material required or man power is entertained.
RequiredThe L1 bidder shall be arrived by evaluating tender wise instead of item wise.L1 bidder is decided by taking the cumulative price of item Nos.1 to 12(subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria and as per TGGENCO Terms and Conditions).
RequiredGuarantee Period for the above engine must give 12 months from the commissioning or 1000 hrs from the date of utilization whichever is earlier
RequiredBidder must supply the material as per the drawing for item no:2 to 4, 7 to 12 and all the parts mentioned in the kit for item no:5 &6.
RequiredThe bidder must mandatorily supply the dozer spares to the stores of KTPS-V&VI stages and delivery period must be within 60 days from the date of receipt of the purchase order.
