Name of work : Annual Rate Contract (ARC) for Civil maintenance activities

at GNFC, TDI-II Dahej-2026-28.

SCHEDULE OF BRAND / MAKE OF MATERIAL

The following brand or equivalent approved make and quality of items shall be

provided and used for the items in the schedule of rates.

1. All material shall be of the specified brand and shall confirm to relevant IS

2. All coarse and fine aggregates shall confirm to relevant IS specification.

3. AC sheet shall be of SWASTIK/ EVEREST/ RAMCO make.

4. MS pipes shall be of M/s TATA/ JINDAL or equivalent make.

5. Fasteners shall be of GKW make.

6. Mosaic tiles shall be of M/s Vyara tiles or equivalent make.

7. Ceramic/glazed tiles shall be of Johnson/ NITCO/ Bell/ Kajaria/ Somany or

equivalent make.

8. Bricks shall confirm to relevant IS specification and shall be of min.

kg/cm2 strength.

9. All natural stones shall be of uniform color and shade.

10. Teak wood shall be 1st quality sap wood only.

11. All aluminum hardware fittings shall be of heavy type "GLIDER" or

equivalent make.

12. Glass shall be MODIGUARD or equivalent make.

13. Acrylic sheet shall be made from virgin quality of repute make viz "GE

14. Door closer shall be of EVERITE/ DYNA/GODREJ or equivalent make.

15. Nylon net shall be mono filament heavy gauge virgin quality.

16. CI pipe and pipe fittings chamber covers etc. shall be of NECO/CILA

make heavy type.

17. Sanitary fixtures shall be of standard make like "HINDUSTAN"/"CERA" & 1 st

18. GI pipe and pipe fittings shall be of TATA/JINDAL/ASIAN make "B" class.

19. All plumbing fixtures shall be CP brass, heavy duty of LMC / PRINCE /

ESSCO / CROWN or equivalent make.

20. EWC seat cover shall be PATEL/AGRAVAL make only.

21. Paint shall be of M/s ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NEROLAC make.

22. Aluminum sections shall be of Jindal/Narmada/Banco or equivalent

Decision of the engineer in charge shall prevail in case of equivalent make and in the

items where the make is not specified.
