EARTH WORK
Earth work excavation in all classes of soil and laterite excluding hard rock which requires blasting, by manual or mechanical means up to 5 M from existing ground level, bailing or pumping out water with required fuel driven pumps and arranging delivery lines in such a way that it is not to interfere with the existing drain system in the pollution control point of view, includes shoring /strutting as necessary in the work and conveying the excavated earth/ slurry/debris and unloading to places pointed out inside company premises and levelling within a lead of 1000 meter and all lift, including all labour charges, hire for tools and trucks/ plants, all safety precautions and work permit system etc. complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge
Supply and filling excavated earth available from company premises with a maximum lead of 1000m and lift up to 5.00 m in foundations, trenches , basement etc, up to a height of 5 m above or below from existing ground level , including bailing / pumping out water at contractors cost ,filling and levelling excavated earth in layers not greater than 30 cm thickness flooding with water for proper consolidation, including cost of all materials , excavated earth, labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants , cost of consumables scaffolding charges, all safety precaution etc. complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Rubble stone soling of size 63-45mm, in foundation, plinth below flooring, basement, ramps, drive way & other places and wherever required, including spreading in uniform layer; hand packing, rolling, , watering, filling the interstices with stone chips and Sand/M-sand/murrum, compacting by rammer or compactor as per the requirement and site conditions etc. all safety precautions complete as directed by the site-in-charge.
PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE WORK
Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 /1:4:8 to all thickness using 40 mm nominal size blue granite broken stone to the required lines and levels for foundations, flooring etc. to a depth of 5 m below existing ground level / floor level, mixing, placing and consolidating , bailing / pumping out water of all sorts, ground water , seepage water, water leakage from near by drains with required number fuel driven pump sets of adequate capacities continuously pumping to keep the concrete in trenches without flood with water continuously for minimum 24 hours and including the cost of all materials shuttering for edges , plants pumpsets , all consumables, wear and tear, all safety precautions to workers , equipment, pipe lines , machineries , electrical cables , curing etc,.complete. (cement will be supplied free of cost by TCCL )

FORM WORK (For RCC Work)
Formwork using plywood sheets, M.S sheets wooden planks wooden/ M.S props , struts , bracing etc., for foundation footings , rafters , columns, beams, lintels , sunshades, slabs , of all sizes, shapes and thickness at all locations and elevations from 5.00 m below ground level up to different levels above ground as per standard practices, dissembling the formwork and cleaning the area after the required period, including bailing /pumping out all sorts of water, ground water, seepage water , water leaking from near by drains , by engaging required number of diesel pumpsets of adequate capacities , setting delivery lines of pumps in such a way that pumped out water does not interfere with the existing drain system in the pollution control point of view, including all labour charges , hire for tools and plants, cost of consumables , hire for formwork , materials all safety precautions to workers, machineries, equipment, pipe lines , electrical cables at contractors cost etc,. complete.as per the direction by the site in charge.

( The quoted rate shall be for concreting with brought out ready mix concrete including cost of cement. STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK

DOORS /WINDOWS/ ROLLING SHUTTERS
Supplying and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
Supplying and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 143 x 57 mm having built in rebate made with 1.6mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) duly filled with vermiculite based concrete mix, suitable for mounting 120 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumescent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) all-round the frame and fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).
Supplying and fixing 50 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 120 minutes fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II), tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100 mm wide, bottom rail 200 mm wide, made with 1.6mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m2) duly filled FR insulation material and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (panelling to be paid for separately).
ROOFING
Supplying and fixing 4.0 mm thk. FRP Sheet in roofing/ Ridges and Gutters at any height including fixing with Galvanised structural members etc. , including cutting to size and shape wherever required and sheeting shall be red /blue colour with translucent of Everlite / Lifeguard or other approved make having properties as mention below and confirming to IS 12866, excluding the cost of structural steel members/trusses complete with all safety measures including safety net or as per the specifications/ Drawings/instruction of the Engineer-In-charge. FLOORING
Supplying and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corro-resist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyro grip non-combustible Portland cementations core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.
900 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH)
Supplying and Laying Vacuum Dewatered flooring (trimex floor) 50 mm thick cement concrete (M-30) flooring with concrete hardener, flooring laid in panels to desired slope by executing the vacuum de-watering process by adopting tremix / dynapack or similar approved machine. The process shall consist of laying of concrete in alternate panels of area not more than 50 Sqm. by placing side form channels to true and proper level on cement concrete bed and compacting the concrete by at least two passes of screed vibrator followed by levelling beam. After vacuum dewatering, concrete hardener @ 4-5 Kg/sqm or as per manufacture’s specifications, the surface is power floated with skim floater followed by trowelling to give a desired finish and providing expansion joint after every 200Sq.m. of area and finished neat complete. (The entire process shall be carried out by specialized approved agency). including treatment of construction joints complete in all respects as per drawings /technical specification or as direction of engineer in-charge. (The quoted rate shall be for concreting with brought out ready mix concrete including cost of cement. In case insitu concrete mix using company cement is used , reduction @ Rs 365 per Bag shall be made for cost of cement from work order rate of this item)
Supplying and fixing min. 14 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Properties as per IS 4860 (Class-I)).
In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse Sand/M-sand) with lead and lift up to all elevations and floors to 20 m level (a) Acid resistant tile
FINISHING
Plastering with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Sand/M-sand) , 12 mm thick applied by two coats at all elevations and locations up to 25 meter above existing ground level and 4 meter below ground level to masonry surface all type of concrete surfaces, including racking and hacking the surface for proper grip , including bailing / pumping out water from foundations trenches and pits with required number of fuel driven pumpsets of adequate capacities , arranging delivery lines of pumpsets in such way that it will not interfere with the existing drain system in pollution control point of view for plastering and keeping the plastering without flooding with water continuously for 48 hours , including all safety protection works to workers , equipment , machineries , materials pipe lines electrical cables, all scaffolding charges , hire for tools and plants cost of consumables etc,. WATER PROOFING
Supplying and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions Grade slab and the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse Sand/M-sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/ sqm).
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to Roof slab, balcony and the like consisting of: (a) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 1.5 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done complete.
