M&L Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth n, exc 50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers 75 mm thick each grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM / VVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-11) using min 4.5% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500 1 0 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

ML for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of actual quantity of bitumen required than mentioned above necessitated while design mix during execution.

M&L for preparation of new existing concrete / bituminous surfaces of roads,pavements and like not exceeding 10cm width and machine painting with 1.5mm thick themo plastic road marking paint as lines dashes, letters arrowas etc of tint white / golden wellows etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

ML for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base / sub floor and pavings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in pavings / hard standing Finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and making impressions complete all as specified and as directed.

ML for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 200 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of Concertina coil with punched tape of 600mm dia Central Core wire made from high tensile spring steel, high Carbon wire conforming to IS 4454/ Part -1 duly Hot dipped galvanized with diameter starting from 2.50 mm, heavy zinc coating with minimum 230 gms per sqm fixed with concertina clips special Heavy Duty as per manufacturers instructions, of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing posts, struts and grills / gratings complete all as specified and as directed.

SF Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 embedding in Concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT reinforcement steel bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on PCC block masonry / concert surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
