M&L for post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc . in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers consisting of first layer 10mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 05 mm thick in CM (1:4) plastering with water proofing compund (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seprately.)

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair curtain rod made of SS pipe dia of rod 25 mm with decorative brackets and ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii):- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed . (iii) M&L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout . Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions .Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & Plastger be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage /Plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP -101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed . (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using Brick aggregarte over the treated surface complete as directed . (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed .the sunken portion shall be tested for leakage /seepage /dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours .in case any defect is noteced the portion shall be grounted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again .The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage /seepage /dampness is eliminated as specified and directed . Note: The floor area shall be measured for payment purpose and the rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included for the same.

Excavation in trenches ,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts ,well cesspts ,manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and directed.
