Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x 300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick forbacking finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16 -18 mm thick machine cut, in , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing ncluding 20 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed by EIC.

Taking down ventilators of any type not exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowket or frame n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (wihtout taking of shutter from frame ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, cills and filling in pressed steel door frames including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class factory made hard wood as in plain straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebeared on the solid, rounded or chamfered, but together with glue pinned at joints, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2 nd class hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain framed pannelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc.

Supply & fixing for frosted glass / tined glass 4.80 mm thick glazing in aluminium frames and ms pre coated frames, area not exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Sheet glass 4mm thick,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each inculding hackinng out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 18mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side balancing lamination sheet considering of carcass 18mm thick PVC/WPC sheet & provn of shutters made out of 18mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet all required brackets 5.5 screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 18mm thick PVC solid board plain for PVC/WPC shelf/partition one side decorative laminated PVC sheet all requried brackets 5.5 screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the dges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 125mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1,(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key and srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified .

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishe even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) Mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% complete all as specified and directed.( Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatel)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm rendering thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling sufaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted and including applying of Birla white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted and including applying of Birla white wall care putty over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation new or prevously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specied and directed.

Removing the existing roof treatment completely, Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. Metre

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Guniting / Plastering, preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to all steel surfaces as antirust agent and welding steel wire Fabric / Mesh of size 75X25mm of weight not less then 3.0KG per Sq.m to existing reinforcement, applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting

averaging 40mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 duly modifying the mortar with and including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 5% of weight of cement for sides and soffits of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias & Chajjas etc., finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment follows as per (S. No. a to f) :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in Sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion wint proper slope towards spout. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. (c) M & L for plastering on vertical sides in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green ie . PCC & Plaster be carried out at the same time. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

(d) M & L for two coat of water proofing compond shall be applied after laying sewage / pluming pipes with fixtures in position. (e) M&L to filling the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 using brick aggregate over the treated surface. (f) Spouts of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. Note: water tightness testing should be done after apply Dr fixit epoxy compound by pounding water for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till tatal elimination of defect.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting any type etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated FRLS and unsheathed copper cable 1100V grade multistranded drawn in concealed PVC conduit of suitable size and incl provn of PVC insulated, 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including modular galvanised terminal boxes and white cover plate with frame for fixing modular switches, sockets regulator etc for one light /bell/ Fan point controlled by one switch all as specified.
