Fixed Charges for 132/33kV 40 MVA Transformers

Dismantling of Transformer’s including core. -Cleaning of all healthy parts , including coils, laminations, tap changer radiator tubes, conservator, breather etc. Rebuilding of core laminations. -Re-assembly of core and winding with new ones including brazing, soldering and insulating. -Vacuum drying/vapour phase drying. -Re-assembly of complete Transformer including accessories. -Changing of all gaskets and making terminal connections including all accessories of transformer. -Oil filling and filtration.

Labour charges for overhauling of OLTC.

Cost of providing new insulation for leads (phase and neutral), tap leads, inter winding connections and inter coil connections. Filling of nitrogen gas for transportation & storage.

Cost of all tests as per clause 8.4 , Section II, after repairs of transformer including heat run test & pressure test.

Total(Sum of 1.01 to 1.06) for 40MVA Transformer to be entered by the bidder
