Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 100 metres lead Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness
Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work. Ordinary soil-Mechanical means up to 3m depth
Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 Cum), 20 mm (0.27Cum) and 12 mm (0.09Cum)nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry using in CM (1:5) well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Construction of 110 mm thick brick partition walls in C.M (1:4) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded ( Non- modular or traditional size) bricks ( 230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.
Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality of following varieties of series and shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/epoxy grout/white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)
Supply of Double charged (with double layer pigment) / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs
Supplying and fixing in position Flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces.: 30 mmthick conforming to IS:2202 of standard make with hot pressed bonded with liquid phenol formaldehyde with rebate cutting, Single leaf using Best Indian Teak wood frames of size 75mm x 100mm without threshold plate, including cost of M.S "Z" Hold fasts of 230 x 50 x 6mm, M.S Powder coated Butt hinges of 125 x 65 x 2.12mm, screws, nails, etc., complete, (excluding cost of other fixtures which will be paid separately but including labour charges for fixing the fixtures).
Supply and fixing of Aluminium hard wares
Supply of Anodised Aluminium Aldrop (IS 2681) -16mm rod 200 mm long.
Supply of Anodised Aluminium tower bolts 10mm dia with 200mm long ISI Mark IS 204 .
Supply of Anodised Aluminium Door handles IS 208 - 12mm rod with 125 mm long
Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 140ml of water proof liquid of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.
Charges for Repairing and sealing of cracks on plaster/masonry walls
The following procedure is to be adopted for repairing and sealing of cracks on Plaster/masonry walls.
1) The surface at cracks is to be cleaned from all dirt, oil, grease, fungus, loose particles by using wire brush. 2) The “V” shaped grooves shall be cut along the locations of all visible cracks and the grooves shall be cleaned to remove all the loose particles, dust etc. 3) The “V” grooves shall be 6 x 6 mm or as directed by the Engineer in charge. 4) The grooves shall be sprinkled with clean water before applying the sealing material. 5) Then the “V” grooves shall be filled with non shrink, cementitious, crack sealer/ crackfil material/ paste with a putty blade. 6) The treated area is to be cured for sufficient time (24 hours) before applying plastering/ painting.
The following materials are to be used depending upon the manufacturer.

SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION.
Providing and laying five layer water proofing cum heat insulation treatment (MIX GUARD HR5) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Arresting roof leakage by providing five layer treatment with MIX GUARD HR5 – five layer system of FAB Chemicals or equivalent elastomeric water proofing and heat reflective coating comprising of the following:
A.Surface preparation – Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compound etc. Surface cracks must be filled with Mix Build GP and wide cracks must be cut and repaired with Mix build SR polymer modified repair mortar. B) Application of Mix Guard HR5 – five layer system with brush.
1. First layer – MIX PRIME AC-100 Apply base prime coat using Mix Prime AC100 compound which is produced by mixing Mix Prime AC-100 with water and cement at the ratio 2:1:3 (Mix prime AC 100 : water : cement) by volume with a slow speed drill with paddle. This compound shall be applied with sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1 lit/Sqm area (0.35 Lt of MIX Prime AC100/Sqm)
2. Second Layer – MIX MAT GFM 70 / 50 Mix mat GFM70/50 Synthetic fibre reinforced mesh shall be spread on the top of the primer/in mix with Mix prime AC100 in the wet condition and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8 hours. A minimum overlap of 100 mm to be provided at the joints i.e. at 1.10 Sqm/Sqm. The Mix mat GFM Mesh shall confirm to the technical specification as per the manufacturers data sheet (40 Gram / Sqm as a weight )
3. Third Layer – MIX PRIME AC Apply one coat of Mix Prime AC water based acrylic primer (with undiluted material) over the MIX mat GFM mesh @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as a water tight primer in white colour and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.
4. Fourth layer – MIX GUARD HR (Base Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard HR acrylic based water proof and weather proof coating in white colour (with undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m as a membrane on top of Mix prime AC and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.
5. Fifth Layer – Mix Guard HR Extra (Top Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard Hr Extra acrylic based fibre reinforced water proofing and heat reflective membrane in white colour on top of Mix Guard HR base coat (With undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m. And allow to dry the system for period of 24 hours to allow foot traffic.
Note: All the materials namely Mix Prime AC100, Mix Mat GFM70/50, Mix Prime AC, Mix Guard HR and Mix Guard HR Extra shall be procured for the entire work order quantity based on the consumption/coverage area as specified in the specification and shall be ensured by Engineer-in-charge. The Mix Guard HR5 layer system shall be carried out as per FAB Specifications.
Tensile strength : 6.00 N/mm2 (ASTM D412 – 87) Adhesion to substance : > 1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541) for MIX PRIME AC100 slurry with HP tiles, cementitious substrate and subsequent layers.Appearance: White/Grey/Terracotta liquid components Dry film apperance : Joint free membrane Density : 1.3 gm/cc
Tear strength : > 17 N/mm2 (ASTM D1004-76) Elongation at break : 200% for the system (ASTM D638) DFT of cured membrane : 1500 to 1700 microns Total Solids content: 68% + 2% . Water penetration : No leak at 7 bars +ve side (DIN 1048) Application temperature : 5 deg C to 50 deg C Touch dry: 2 hrs at 25 degC Recoatable : 6-8 hrs at 25 deg C Full cure: 7 days.
SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH Roofcare-prc 5 Systems or equivalent ( ROOFCARE PRC 5 (Armstrong) / ZORICOAT PFC 5 (PMCC)/ POWER SAC 5 L (EBT)/ WATERSHIELD 5 LWC.
a). Ist Layer Black coloured chemcial treatment : Providng and application of one coat of High bonding, flexible bituminous polyurethane blended bituminous coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent Ist Layer diluting with water at 1 : 1 ratio as a primer coat at a consumption of 200ml per Sqm.
b). IInd Layer : Providing and laying of Fibre Mesh 40 GSM, with 1 Mtr width and 50mm overlap on the primed surface.
c). IIIrd Layer Grey coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of Acrylic rubberized elastomeric flexible waterproof grey coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems ASTM-C 836 or equavalent or equavalent diluting with 50% of water at a consumption of 400ml per Sqm.
d). IVth Layer white colured coating : Providing and application of one coat of High solid, cold applied, Fibre reinforced acrylic elastomeric waterproof membrane off white coating –Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent coating (add the water upto 200ml ) (Consumption of 350ml per Sqm ).
e). Vth Layer super white reflective coating : Application of one coat of 100% pure acrylic solar reflective pure white coating withRoofcareprc 5 systems Confirming to ASTM -C 297 or equavalent solar refective coating diluting with 20% of water (Consumption of 300ml per Sqm ).
Note: THE ABOVE TREATMENT WILL BE GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS
Supplying and fixing in position M.S tubes & pipes of all diameters as per ISI 1161 of approved size design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the same with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Supply and fixing of MS Angles, Sections, Channels of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the same with Two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges, including fixing heavy iron grills, trusses, stancchions, heavy beams and girders erecting in position by using chain pulley block, derek pole arrangement and cranes scaffolding posts,including lifting charges, cost of bolts and nuts etc complete as directed during execution.
SPECIALISED INJECTION GROUTING WITH CEMENT AND FREE FLOW ADDITIVES: a) Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] b) Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - Rapidstrong qs or equivalent. c) Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive - RAPIDSTRONG GROUT ADMIX (Armstrong ) /POWER n GROUT ADMIX (EBT) / CEBEX 100 (Fosroc )/ ZORIGROUT GP1 (PMCC) / SIKAGROUT ANCHKOR NSQ (Sika) /WATERSHIELD GROUT ADMIXi.e., 250 Grams per bag of 50 Kgs Cement add required water to make slurry form. d) After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles e) Later sealing of the hole with polymer cement putty - ROOFCRETE AR (Armstrong ) / ZORIGROUT CMG (PMCC) / POWER n GUARD ARM (EBT) / WATERSHIELD AR / Fosroc NITOBOND AR + Cement.

Painting with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls. -do- Single coat for External walls - old.
Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile Strength : 550 MPA. Paint coating: regular Modified Polyster painting. Painting Thickness (Top) :18 to 20Microns. (Bottom): 5to7 Microns sheet width:1.020, Length : Maximum 12 Meters with Regular range colours with minimum end lap of 15cms etc., complete including labour charges for erection of Galvalume roof sheet including washers, 'J' bolts etc., complete as directed during execution.
