White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etcetera as per technical specifications Clause 1915 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint ICI (Dulux Gloss), Nerolac, Berger (Luxol High Gloss), Asian Paints (Premium Apcolite Gloss), Shalimar of approved brand to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ (at the rate of) 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint ICI (Dulux Gloss), Nerolac, Berger (Luxol High Gloss), Asian Paints (Premium Apcolite Gloss), Shalimar of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of one point sixty seven litre per ten square metre) over and excluding priming coat complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
