2.32:Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

OD344703/2025-2026:Removing the blocked materials from the sullage water drain around the building and depositing the dirty matters to a safe distant place within a distance of 150m etc.. complete, including cleaning the drain uprooting the vegetation and all labour charges etc.. complete, as per the direction of department officers at site.

OD344702/2025-2026:Cleaning the terrace/sheet roofing / shades at all level including uprooting the small bushes and tree saplings, disposal of rubbish, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc, without making any damages to structures etc complete.

OD344705/2025-2026:Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying water proofing compound (High flex/ equivalent) consisting of applying : a)after clearing the surface all concrete and brick joints to be sealed with fiber mesh not less than 10 cm on both sides. b) Apply first layer of water proofing compound c) Applying second layer of water proofing compound after proper drying of first layer. Second layer should be applied in the direction opposite to the application of the first layer. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)
