Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring , paver blocks and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, or for shafts, wells cesspits, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) incl spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strengh 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.
