Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in bituminous macadam thickness consolidated/ compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 45 per kg.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, depth of pothole exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thickness (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt stone coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 3 above but except material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for preparing unsurfaced Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. M &L for preparing new Bituminous macadam Surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for bituminious premix dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous premix dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 45 per kg.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & and removing debries out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement conc type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm gr agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish, rubber moulded, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment including 25 mm thick sand cushioning layer complete all as specified and directed. M & L cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding of flexural strenght 40kg/per sq cm in field using 400 kgs of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less including finishing surface of concrete floors / hardstanding by brooming when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming construction joints 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.
