engineering survey and all constructing
activities like earth work, anti-termite
treatment in constructed or new
construction work. All residential wings (A
to U) to be completed whether it seems
part/part thereof RCC elements
incomplete at various floor level in RCC
frame structure. The same shall be either
to be completed with structural drawings
or to be strengthen with further testing
to achieve full responsibility of structural
stability with help of dismantling, cutting
of existing dowel bar/rebaring and
reconstruction of the same RCC element,
dismantling shall be treated with re- Rate
furbishing detail as per IS code/structure Per Sq. M.
consultant with authorized organization of Carpet
for validation to achieve required area
strength. It includes anti termite
treatment, finishing works like masonry
work, plastering, painting, flooring etc.,
doors, windows, grills, railings,
louvers/screens, hardscape in HP parking
and all internal amenities, Electrical works
which include Cabling, wiring, conduiting,
lighting, LT panels, earthing, lightning
protection etc., extra low voltage system,
FFTG (including 2 Years Maintenance with
approval), plumbing, drainage including
water proofing treatment, anti-termite
treatment, lift-elevators (including
Years Maintenance with approval),
signages, D.G. set for backup power,
overhead water tanks with allied area
with necessary capacity with all material,
installation & labour etc. as per minimum
required specifications stated in tender

It includes finishing work like, masonry, area
plaster, painting, flooring, doors &
windows, grills, rolling shutter, glass
partition and all internal electrification,
FFTG, water proofing and anti termite
treatment, etc. and all necessary hidden
and unhidden items, activities, all taxes,
charges, royalties, etc. complete as
directed by Engineer in charge.
Infrastructure work for external
development for entire premises,
approach road to plot, repairing/new
compound wall, compound gate, security
cabin within the plot including stone
pitching work outside compound wall,
etc. and Infrastructure works includes
extended to connect with main sewer
line, water supply line, storm water line
at Sanand. Internal road & parking (trimix
and paver), integrated water supply

Flats, 01 Nos. of Anganwadi, 22 Nos. of
Shops in hollow plinth level.
With standard length of wires consisting
of required no. of Solar PV
modules(300watt each), Power
Conditioning Unit (Inverter with all
accessories/ features), Junction Boxes,
PVC Pipes, Cables/Wires including
connectors/plugs/fuses, ACDB, Suitable
Lightening Arrestor/Earthlink, mounting
structures, government registration as Rate Per
required for net meter charges etc. and KW
accessories along with Tool kit and spares
for 1 year. The scope of work includes
suitable mounting along with all cables,
hardware, nuts, bolts etc. Scope also
includes providing and erecting of all
required interface panels and cabling for
connection to Building LT panels. It also
includes installation of solar pv modules
at terrace of building and connectivity to
single power outlet at ground floor of
particular building and all necessary
hidden and unhidden items, activities, all
taxes, charges, royalties, etc. complete as
directed by Engineer in charge.

stand by arrangements & Pump room, Sq.mt of Carpet

approval), signages, D.G. set for backup
power, overhead water tanks, civil work
for all U.G. Sump/Tanks with allied area
having necessary capacity with all
material, installation & labour etc. as per
minimum required specifications stated
in tender documents with Planning and
design drawings provided by AUDA, with
tender document including all necessary
hidden and unhidden items, All taxes,
charges, royalties, etc. complete as
directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing Operation and maintenance for
campus as per conditions and S.O.P Rate Per
describe in tender document and as Month
directed by Engineer in charge.
1. Contractor must visit the site location to review the work done & remaining work
assessment for thoroughly analyzed entire project before quoting rates to complete the
job including handover and O&M as per terms & conditions.
2. Contractors shall read carefully the tender clauses, scope of work, schedule of payment,
minimum acceptable specifications, clauses of defect liability period, retention money,
performance guarantee, security deposit etc. for purpose of estimating quantity / rates.
3. Any variation up to 1% of unit area (sr. no. 1 & 5) will not be paid / deducted.
4. Nothing extra (price rise, escalation, price variation, star rates) shall be paid to the
agency, over & above the quoted rate by them.
5. If any component of the building is missing in the detail drawing, for estimation purpose
it shall be considered as per GDCR and NBC Specification whichever is applied.
