REPAIR/MAINT OF DG SET AND ALLIED WORKS SERVICES AT AFS PHALODI

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA Make: Kirloskar/ Cummins/Mahindra/Ashok leyland/CG complete all as specified and directed following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set. (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacent By pass filter set. (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors (j) Checking and cleaning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt/ fan belts/tensioner pulley/lever adjustment to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self stater, Alternator, sensors etc. (m) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. (n) Tappet setting as per standard. (o) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut method. Note (a) Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Coolent for topping up/Engine oil shall be measured and paid saparetly (c) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set Note:- The contractor should provide min 5 nos visit (each after two months) for inspection to check the health/function of DG set & AMF panel by authorized dealer/representative through OEM of manufacturers engineering/technician only & the visiting charges of technician/Engineer will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Ditto All as per item No. 1 here in before but for 120/125 KVA DG.

Ditto All as per item No. 1 here in before but for 160 KVA to 250 KVA DG.

Ditto All as per item No. 1 here in before but for 500 KVA DG.

M & L for dismantling the self starter 12 / 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including carbon brushes, bearing, bushes, rewinding of armature with insulated copper winding, pinion etc as per existing model reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement battery lead suitable for DG set of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA with color coding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up of coolent for DG set in sealed container Make as reccommonded by OEM of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set Cap 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA , transporting to OEM authorized work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set and submitting the calibration and test report complete all as specified and directed.
