Taking out of the unseviceable / repairable parts from the engine with due care, and supply / fixing of the following new and original spare parts including carrying out all related minor and periodical maintenance and ovehauling works as and when required suitable for DG SET OF CAPACITY 15 KVA Kirloskar Engine) installed at 217 Transit Camp under AGE(I) R & D Manali and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(a) LO Filter element. as per existing make and model.

(b) Diesel Filter primary element .as per existing make and model.

(c) Diesel Filter secondary as per existing make and model.

(d) Air filter as per existing make and model.

(e) Topping up of coolant Make Kirloskar/servo/Castrol

(f) Ignitor assembly as per existing make and model.

(g) Fan belt as per existing make and model.

(h) Tappet Gasket

(J) Piston assembly

(k) Piston ring

(l) Diode assembly

(m) Main rotor

(n) Main stator

(o) Fuel pipe set

(p) Hose pipe set

Removing of old Kirloskar oil from the Engine completely and changing with new Kirloskar oil as per required capacity complete all as directed.Engine Oil will be provided from Schedule B Items and rate include for only cleaning and filling of Engine oil

Material and labour for cleaning of silencer pipe, replace of exhaust manifold and repair of ropes of 30 KVA DG Sets all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of silencer pipe, replacement of exhaust manifold and repair of ropes of 15 KVA DG Sets all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable Radiator from the 15 KVA TO 30 KVA DG Set including connected hose pipe etc and cleaning thoroughly all the tubes and fins etc and carrying out copper brazzing to the leaking cooling tubes and refixing of the repaired Radiator to its existing position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair/Overhauling of Alternator by removing the Exciter Unit, re-winding the week coil with super enamelled copper wire with proper turn as per the manufacutures instructio to achieve adequate voltage and PF with rated R.P.M including supply and fixing of both end bearing as per the existing and necessary spaires ie capacitor/carbon brush ectc.and other materials, heating vernishing the coil, re-fixing the item in proper position and testing on Load for 30 KVA DG set.

Taking out of unservicable self starter 12 volt and connected unserviceable portion of electric wiring and carrying out repairs and overhauling of the self starter for 30 KVA DG set, engine and replacement of armature, carbon brush, bearing, bendix penion,solenoid switch, bearing, tapping of field coil refixing of all component and fixed in existing postion including testing complete all as directed.

Taking out of unservicable self starter 12 volt and connected unserviceable portion of electric wiring and carring out repairs and overhauling of the self starter for 15 KVA DG set, engine and replacement of armature, carbon brush, bearing, bendix penion,solenoid switch, bearing, tapping of field coil refixing of all component and fixed in existing postion including testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling of FIP, injector nozzles includings connected accessories from 15/ 30 KVA Cumins/Kirloskar DG sets and M/L for carrying out overhauling, calibration and refixing complete and all as directed.( Note-During repair/calibration if any Injector nozzle,plunger ,Delivery valve is found unserviceable the same will be measured seperately , however all the rest items required for making the FIP serviceable shall deem to be included in the cost quoted for overhauling of FIP.

Supply and fix in replacement following unserviceable spares parts of the engine of capacity 15 KVA/ 30 KVA and overhauling all as specified and and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Greasing of all roller and ball bearings of 15 KVATO 30 KVA Set all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning of Crankcase Breather 15 KVATO 30 KVA Set all as specified and directed.

M & L for Electrolyte for battery in sealed Pack . Make : Premium blue/ castrol .

M & L for Disttilled water for battery in sealed Pack . Make : Premium blue/ castrol of 50 ltr.

S &F in replacement AVR for 15 KVA to 30 KVA DG set all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of lead acid battery 12 Volt 180 AH, low maintenance battery complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make – Exide/Amaron.

Carry out 'B' check kit from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer of DG set of 15 KVATO 30 KVA capacity for comprehensive maintenace DC Electrical System, Control Panel and accessories and AC wiring and accessories all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
