Supply and laying for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile Iron (DI) pressure pipe of 150mm bore with socket & spigot ends, Class K-9 in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs, suitable and including for tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile Iron (DI) pressure pipe of 100mm bore with socket & spigot ends, Class K-9 in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs, suitable and including for tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing DI pressure pipe fittings for flanged pipes, tee pieces (single of double branch), bends, tapers, any type and agnle/radius and straight connecting pieces all ends flanged, sluice valves, air valves complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F air release valves with single iron outlets confirming to IS 14845 of size 150mm dia including all jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, connecting and testing sluice valve, of size 150mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6, 100mm with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780, including all jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for cutting of existing CE/DI/GI pipe upto 200mm dia for inserting new tee, insert of D joint, branches etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in Hard and dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC solid brick work masonry valve chamber of size 1500x 1500 x 1000mm (internal diamension) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick, 150mm side offsets around over 100mm thick hard core, 230mm thick PCC solid brick wall built in CM 1:6, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping finished even smooth, rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement internally and top of floor incliding excavation earthwork in hard/dense soil, 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25mm x 25mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame with holdfasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handles and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m etc complete all as sepcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
