Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/filling):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks as met at site true to lines as per plan, L section camber, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead, lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting, including all type of soil/rock, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as perdrawing and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203, PCC M-15

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying of Filter Media with granular materials/stone, crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments, return walls etc. to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per the Drawings and Specifications. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls etc. with 100mm dia AC/PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Backfilling behind abutments, wing walls and return wall complete as per technical specifications.

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( Structure ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawong including all T&Petc. nuts & bolts, washers, railing of MS flat and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in thr workshop and its dismantle after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be execuited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground erection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job. Also including supply materials. T&P etc. required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge (up to 24 m span) as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution/ consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of approved make. The rate including of cost of all labour, T&P, equipments, civil work and consumables, cost of arranging, fabricating, errecting and dismantling of erection scheme including the cost of its designing, revising, supervision by contractor's designeer at site during erection, also including cost of all safety measures and necessary insurances of bridge and labours for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 with due regard of mansoon and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and ficing in position true on line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part II) section IX and cluse 2005 of MORTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications for 24 M. span- elastomeric beraingof size 500 x 320 x 80 mm

Supply and Fixing of 20 mm dia P.F. make 8.8 grade HSFG High strength Friction Grip Bolt ot IS 3757:1985 latest to grade 8.85 with high strength Friction grip nu to IS 6623:2004 letest to grade 105 and high strength Friction 2 Nos. washer including cost of all material, labour, fixing at site all laxes, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (20 x 100 mm)

Futnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification for solid slab super-structure RCC M 30

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per Drawing and technical specification

Painting on Concrets/steel surfaces with Epoxy Painting tow coats including peime coat with epoxy paint of approved bradn on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1701.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and technical specification.

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm( complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications )to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions forinstallation.

Dewatering from foundtion of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and furle including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion ot the work.

PROTECTION WORK & APPROACH ROAD

Excavation in foundation in all type of soil and rock met at site as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deteterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material,as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Also including dewatering from foundation trenches during excavation of foundation, laying of concrete etc including supplyof all materials, labour, T&P etc. also including higher charges / cost of dewatering pumps and fuel etc required for proper completion of the work.cost of all material,labour, T&P and machinery etc. required for proper completion of the work.

CR stone masonry in (1:5) cement mortar of substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1204,

Hand Packed stoen filling in back of walls including cost of all materials,royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand Specification)

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P, Roylty etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates for weir etc with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301. Sr.no:- 14.2

OTHER WORK

Construction of parapet as per standard drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. requried of proper completion of the work

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing & Fixing Title information board as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in the starting and end of the road.

Providing & Fixing Maintenance board as per standard drawing duly painted and written a per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Citizen Information board as per standard drawing duly painted and written a per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Note:- This BOQ includes the scope of Load Testing of Bridge as per IRC norms after erection and commissioning of Bridge at site. No extra cost shall be paid to the Contrctor for this item. Load Test includes the scope as below: Doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower,Equiments/founding Arrangements etc. testing charges, sand bag Filling, loading, shifiting, De mobilization Hiring of loading Trucks, hosting Arrangements complete in all respect. (Will be Done by Contractor at his own Cost.)
