Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings & ridges.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick trapezoidal pattern of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge of roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in framed work in any position.

S & F of second class hard wood timber scantling clean sawn framed and fixed in any position and direction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe-410 W complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

S & F of suspended false ceiling system of grid/section size 600x600mm comprising of GI powder coated main 39x24x0.8mm thick (thickness comprising of GI/0.40+PPGS/0.3), cross TEE 29X24X0.8mm thick and wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.65mm thick duly suspend with 6 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin of the roof with clip including 4mm thick E- Board tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600x600mm to be placed in the grid system complete all as speceified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work built in CM 1:6 with sub class old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles 300x450mm as in vertical surface such as skirting/dado tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) as in back coat of tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and bedded jointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding grinding, mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick granite work of any type and shade (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM(1:4) incl pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including providing edge moulding . including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate as in path, plinth protection finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl raking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in walls and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work in walls and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of any description without taking of shutter from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4.0 Sqm each and making the surface of brick wall good plastering, around the opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exceeding 1.0Sqm but not exc 2.0Sqm and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE Banbasa complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including Concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for following :- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

Description all as per item No 52 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Description all as per item No 52 here in before but using 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly. (for AC Point)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
