Rendering 10 mm thick plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 over and including 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 (Dubbing plaster) and apply two coat of Dr Fixit Padifin K2 or equivalent including fixing of mild steel chicken mesh cloth (wt not less than 0.75 Kg/sqm) before rendering and finishing the surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Glass mozaik glossy coloured tiles (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not.exc 0.18 sqm in vertical and Horizontal surfaces (fountain tiles/pond tiles) fixed with tile adhesive and joints to be filled with tile grout with hardner and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing stone slabe and refix on same place after cleaning and repairing existing surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or beding layer of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
