Hire Charges for Erection and removal of scaffolding for erection of Electrical illumination Figures wherever necessary as directed during execution including providing necessary struts, ties, bracings etc, from bottom to 10 meter. Note:- 1. TTD Lorry to be arranged on Free of cost for transportation of scaffolding materials To and Fro exclusive for scaffolding works for erection of electrical cutout at Tirumala except for works at Tirupati and Tirchanoor and transportation charges will be paid separately for outside places, 2.Erection should be completed before Two days of commencement of the Festival / Utsavam. 3.The TTD has not responsible for theft and fire accident.

4. The existing scaffolding shall be reused are continued upto 2 Months and the rate shall be allowed for such extension at 25% less over the above rates. 5. The measurements shall be given for the front view of the scaffoldings. 6. 10% extra will be paid for 4-mada streets at Tirumala. 7. Transportation charges will be paid for outside places 15% extra for Tirupati rates (beyond 18 KMs) 8.The above rates are excluding GST.

Hire Chrages for MS pipes Scaffolding -using MS pipes of 40 mm diameter and Special Type Clams ("Nandu Clamps") and after completion if work/festival the Scaffolding should ne removed carefully. The rate is inclusive of hire charges, conveneance charges of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of work/festival etc., complete.The Scaffolding measurements shall be taken as 'Length X Average height'(One side of Saffolding only)

Note:- For all Items 1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias. 2. Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain. 3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water. 4. The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc., 5. The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost. 6. Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc., 7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
