Excavating foundation trenches earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiselling/wedging out of rocks ( where blasting is prohabited) and pumping or bailling out watering/dewatering upto any lifts staking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinths, side of foundation, Consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One cement : four coarse sand : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm ( Forty millimetre ) nominal size) within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty millimetre) nominal size) within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 ( M-Twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying half block masonry with factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 100 mm ( One hundred millimetre) thickness of grade M10 (M-Ten) made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor any level: cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand) within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm ( One hundred millimetre) thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor any level in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 (Two) Nos 6 mm (Six millimetre ) dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work. within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm ( Five centimetre) to 20 cm ( twenty centimetre)under floors, soakpit and in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts and other incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm ( One point six zero plus minus zero point two millimetre ) thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 ( Three hundred four ) grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm ( One hundred x eight millimetre ) size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
