Cable route indicator made out of 2mm thick mild steel of size 20cmx15cm duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of HT/LT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30mmX30mmX3mm , 45cm long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15cm above ground level and 30Cm below ground level . The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15cmx20cmx45xcmm complete all as specified.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC including dismantling of old type of poles any length , complete all as specified and directed. Painting to existing steel tubular LT poles, 9m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (Total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

Painting to existing Prestressed concrete poles, 8.5m long with two coats of cement base paint including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (Total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

Triming of tree branches after taking shut down from power house, 1.0 metre apart from HT/LT line carefully and considering the span from pole to pole, complete with cleaing the whole area grabbed by the the trimed branches of tree, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, stays etc. as mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work , complete all as specified.

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm, including taking down existing unserviceable complete all as specified
