Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles or any other descrption etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas,facia and similar suspended work including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain water pipes 450mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar from any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, if any complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Trellis work (Jafri)/fibre sheeting/fencing work in walls, including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm out complete all as specified.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (precast ) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation,sub base,path,floor,hardstanding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts,coping,bed plates,cills,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,35 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in levelling concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

100 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement complete including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is greenall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality Endora tiles good grip series 300 x 300 x 8-10 mm thick coloured as in floors etc.set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in gate pillar,cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

80mm thick non skid prepolished machine pressed precast concrete ( M-40 grade) interlocking paver block, Glossy finish on top manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Paver block with grey cement and no pigment will not be considered as coloured paver block

60mm thick non skid prepolished machine pressed precast concrete ( M-35 grade) interlocking paver block, Glossy finish on top manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Paver block with grey cement and no pigment will not be considered as coloured paver block

Chequered PCC factory made tiles, ISI marked, 25 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, machine pressed and cut polished,Glossy finish on top and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required with screwed ends,nuts,washers and mild steel plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild Steel Framed work as in guard bars/grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered/welded and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars/grills conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled mild Steel tubular work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E- 165) quality-A and fixing complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Colour to be decided by GE

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance exceeding not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting of existing drains of any size and taking out all debries,garbage or any solud/foreign materials from inside the drain including removal of shrubs,bushes,vegetations along both sides of drain comlete including removing of debries outside the MOD land to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at Net Contract sum amount, the amount of credit schedule (i.e Rs 84,590.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
