   1) Tendered item is reserved for procurement from CLW approved sources for Item ID: 2100326 or their authorized dealer . Either OEM should quote directly or OEM can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / dealer to quote on their behalf. The authorized dealer should submit valid tender specific authorization, along with the offer, failing which their offer will be liable to be passed over.

   2)CLW Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender closing and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/ suspension/ banning. Minimum 80% of the net procurable quantity shall be ordered on the vendors appearing as Approved vendor in CLW vendor directory. 3) Vendors appearing as Developmental vendor in CLW vendor directory will be considered up to a maximum of 20% of NPQ. However, this is subject to a condition that rates of developmental vendors are lower than the rates of vendors eligible for regular orders.

   LIQUIDATED DAMAGE (LD) ON DELAYED SUPPLY: Recovery ofLiquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @ 1/2% (half percent) of the priceof the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is acceptedand the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contracts is 10%(ten percent) of the value of contract irrespective of delays, unless otherwiseprovided, specifically in the contract.
