Design, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning of AC System In Bay Kiosks At DifferentSwitchyards, Against Replacement of Existing AC System for Power Distribution

• 1. The bidder should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Industrial AC systems or their authorized dealer /channel partner. In case of Authorized dealer /channel partners, the bidder must submit bid specific authorization letter from OEM along with the bid.

• 2. The bidder must have experience of having successfully completed at least:

i. One similar work costing not less than Rs. 76 Lakh or

ii. Two similar work(s) costing not less than Rs. 48 Lakh each or

iii. Three similar work(s) costing not less than Rs. 38 Lakh each,

Similar work shall mean a complete project where scope of work includes Supply, Erection & commissioning of Industrial AC systems/Chiller plants/HVAC of minimum 12KW capacity in - Central / State Govt. Organizations / PSUs / Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU / public Limited Companies, during last seven (07) years ending last day of the month before the month of NIT.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should not be less than Rs.29 Lakhs. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.
