Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement 18 mm thick

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Medical gas pipe line Copper Pipe As Per Medical Grade v) 42mm OD x 1.2mm Thick

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Isolation Valves with brass body with nickel plate valves operating handle suitable for 15mm OD copper pipe to 76 mm OD copper pipes with brass adapter as per standard specifications all as specified and as directed for the following Isolation Valves:- 42mm OD

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (7.1.1) Upto 35 sq. mm

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

SUB-STATION EQUIPMENT (6.2.1) Supplying, installation , testing &commissioning of 33KV/0.433 Kv or 11 Kv/0.433 Kv Sub-station equipment comprising HT panel, dry type/Oil type transformers, HT cable, bus trunking from transformer to LT panel, LT panels, automatic power factor correction panel, active harmonic filters, TVSS( transient voltage supperession system). SPD (Surge protection system), essential panel, earthing, required inter-connections, sub-station safety equipments including LT cabling from substation to the buildings fed by the substation

Generating Sets. (6.3.1) Supplying, Installation , testing & commissioning of D.G. sets, AMF panel, bus ducting/ cables from DG sets to essential panel, DG set enclose room sound insulation/ventilation/smoke excuhst as reqd., earthing of DG set system, control cabling, fuel tank/piping, DG set exhaust piping/exhaust piping/exhaust chimney as per CPCB norms, civil works connected with D.G. sets including foundation as reqd.
