(Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

(Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete in CM 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in padding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for waterproofing treatment in terrace area as per below specification. Cleaning of existing Terrace Surface & Crack Filling: Carry out crack filling wherever required. Big cracks can be filled with Cement: Fine sand in ratio 1:3 or by using suitable exterior durable, polymer + cement- based crack filling compound of a reputed brand. Fill the hairline cracks up to 3 mm thickness with approved make smart care crack seal by applying one coat of exterior primer and two coats of Crack Seal on the cracks. Intercut interval between these coats should be min. 10-12 hrs. Big joint cracks (up to 40 mm width) can be filled with approved make Hybrid PU Sealant. Damp Proof/Damp proof Ultra Application:- (i) Apply one coat of approved make SmartCare Damp proof With 25% dilution by water with the help of Smart Care Roller 800 as a priming coat. (ii) Allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs in clear sun light. (iii) Apply second coat of Smart Care Damp Proof/Ultra Without Dilution with the help of Smart Care Exterior Roller 800. (iv) Apply third Coat of SmartCare Damp Proof/Ultra Without dilution with the help of Smart Care Exterior roller 800. (v) Allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs in clear sun light. The whole work is to be executed through specialized agency work complete including all type of tools, tackles, scaffolding, safety measures etc complete at any level and height, work complete as per the Instuction of Engineer-in-charge.
