Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work). NOTE:- Tenderers/bidders are advised to visit the site , see the buildings and quote their rate accordingly and no claim whatsoever in this regard shall be admissible at any later stage.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling from the height of 12m from GL including providing Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make. T&P to reach the roof to fix the sheets to be arranged by the contractor and Complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 KG of cement per Sqm and applying a coat of water proofing chemical NITTO PROOF 120 over a coat of NITO Primer (or any other equivalent make out of list of makes as approved by GE) over concrete surfances for water proofing treatment to sunken floors complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- The water Proofing treatment shall be tested after application of WPC Treatment by filling the same with water and testing continuously for 72 hours for any leakage and dampness etc and further work shall be allowed only after successful testing in presence of Engineer-in-charge
