Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position working upto five storey building, strip opening for servicing and maintanance of Split AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity complete indoor/outdoor unit for routine check up for smoth functioning, checking of refrigerant gas, gas leakage, cheking the functioning of compressor, blower motor, all electrical/electronic circuit, functioning of remote, functioning cooling system, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using liquid caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter, cooling coil,condenser coil, blower motor, fan motor, brazing the discharge and suction line, complete indoor/out door unit, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge. Note: The replacement of defective / non functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’.

Note: Spares required will be measured and paid separately. Note: The replacement of defective / non functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’.

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 1.5 ton capacity of window/split type air conditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed rotary compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, leak testing by charging with CO2/dry nitrogen gas. Evacuating the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas after ensure leak proof condition and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc. Make - Godrej/Techmesh/Blue star/Hitachi. Note - Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 4 here-in- before but of capacity 2.0 ton

Taking Down of existing damaged / burnt blower motor from split/window AC and supply & fixing of new blower motor with capacitor & mounting materials single phase, 230 Volts 50 Hz suitable for 1.5 ton & 2 ton capacity of window/Split type AC

Taking out the defective thermo static switch, supply and fix new thermostatic switch for 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC

Disconnecting and taking out defective / nonfunctional relay contactor and Supply & fixing relay contactor suitable for Split A/C 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective / non functional fan motor capacitor and Supply & fixing of fan motor capacitor of existing capacity 2.5 MFD to 4.0 MFD for Window A/C 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing damaged air filter pad. Supply and fix new air filter pad of existing size of 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC

Taking out the existing defective starting capacitor, supply and fix new starting capacitor of existing capacity upto 60 MFD suitable for 1.5 ton & 2 ton window/split type AC.

Taking out damaged fan blade from window/split AC 1.5/2 ton. Supply & fix new PVC fan blade of existing size and rotation suitable for 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC

Taking out the unserviceable fan motor, supply and fix new fan motor suitable for 1.5/2.0 ton window/split type AC

Taking out the existing mounting rubber ring, supply and fix new mounting rubber ring for fan motor / compressor etc as per existing size/type suitable for 1.5/2.0 ton window/split type AC

M&L for charging of refrigerant gas R-22 in Split/Window AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including cost of leakage detection, welding, and refitting the same in entire system as required, including replacing defective liquid strainer, capillary tube and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item .

M&L for taking out unserviceable PCB unit from split/window AC 1.5/2.0 capacity and replace the burnt unserviceable electronic parts, refixing the same after repair and testing its proper function all as directed by Engr -In - Charge

M&L for taking out unserviceable burnt PCB unit from split/Window type AC and supply and fixing new PCB unit suitable for existing Split/window AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Servicing of desert cooler of different size and capacity including cleaning ,greasing, painting of whole body inner and outer ( inner body should be painted by red oxide paint , the joints and corner should be filled by black bituminius paint, the outer body should be painted by sky blue paint,) The minor parts such as nut bolts and washer is deemed in the quated rate and should be tightned and fastned properly.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of Desert cooler fan motor of any description and servicing/rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal) including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site and re- assembling the complete, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of new wood pads best quality of required size as approved (three in each on desert cooler) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of submersible pump for Desert cooler 230 volts, 45 watt, 1400 RPM, with ball bearings complete all as specified and directed (Make : Crompton / AUE / Khaitan/ Bajaj )

Material and labour for fabrication of iron frame work suitable for mounting of Window AC/ Desert cooler fixed on wall made out of mild steel fe 410 W grade E-250 quality chanels angels including necessary welding, cutting, bending, railing and suitable size of MS fastener, nuts, bolts, washers, etc as required at site with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer after completion of fabrication work complete all as specified and directed
